Independent Legal Advice Services 

Independent Legal Advice (ILA) is a signed document to confirm that you have received legal advice concerning a particular matter. 

The advice must be taken from an independent alternate solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is not involved in the original proceedings. 

Acquiring independent legal advice allows you to make sure that you are fully aware of the consequences of signing any documentation and will help you to avoid any misrepresentation or misunderstanding.

For our team to be able to supply you with an ILA certificate we will require proof of identity with a UK passport and proof of address with a recent utility bill.

Employment Settlement Agreements
